When you purchase an item and your order becomes approved, we enter into a contract together.

As such, my duty to the customer is to provide the customer with the item that was purchased, and assist the customer with issues in making payment and making sure the order is satisfactory.

To be consistent in my policies, I apply the same policies as in my Etsy shop.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged,
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalised orders
    • Perishable products
    • Digital downloads

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
