When you purchase an item and your order becomes approved, we enter into a contract together.
As such, my duty to the customer is to provide the customer with the item that was purchased, and assist the customer with issues in making payment and making sure the order is satisfactory.
To be consistent in my policies, I apply the same policies as in my Etsy shop.
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
- I won’t be liable for damages caused due to mis-use or lack of appropriate care and attention when hanging, fitting or otherwise placing an item somewhere. I can’t accept responsibility for accidents or mis-use that happen once an item has left my ownership.
